Reservation Policy

In order to confirm your booking with us, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation with us for any reason, please contact us by email, phone or fax. You are entitled to a full refund of your booking deposit if the cancellation is made before 21 days of your arrival date. In all other cases, your booking deposit cannot be refunded.
